But the pandemic cost Barry Silverman, co-owner of Mobile-based Soundworks, a chance to meet a star. “We’ve had some scares,” said Silverman. “Morgan Freeman was supposed to be coming in for some voiceover work about 4-5 weeks ago. We cleaned everything, of course. But a day or two before the session, one of our voice talents informed us she had just tested positive, and she had been in the studio right before that. In good conscience we had to let the people who’d booked the session know.”
