Subaru's new Outback SUV boasts a more powerful Boxer engine and uprated interface while also ushering in several firsts for the brand and segment.
For the first time, customers can choose between two trim levels. Pricing starts from R699 000 for the Field and R729 000 for the Touring derivatives, respectively.
Both models come equipped with a 2.5-litre direct injection Boxer engine that makes 138kW and 245Nm, mated to an eight-speed CVT transmission. Power is sent to all four wheels via a Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system.
