Substantial uptake of new SCEP suckler scheme among Wicklow

Wicklow IFA Livestock Committee member Sean Cooney has said that suckler farmers in the Garden County have embraced the new Suckler Carbon Efficiency Programme (SCEP), calling it a “vital source of income for the modern suckler farmer”.
