Forty of the new cases are in Greater Sudbury and one is in the District of Sudbury. Since the pandemic began a year ago, Public Health has recorded 1,740 cases; 1,477 of those cases have been resolved. So far, 23 people in the Sudbury area have died because of COVID-19.
