The digital archive features material that Popesku and other members of the community have collected over the years. Earlier this year, Donna Kane of the Peace Liard Regional Arts Council said Popesku kept everything related to Northeast B.C’s arts culture and heritage and had around 50 boxes of items. The Peace Liard Regional Arts Council developed the website in partnership with the Fort St. John museum and has summer students digitizing a Popesku’s collection. The website is still under construction, with new features and content to be available as development continues. Popesku had her hands in everything arts and culture in the region, including working and volunteering with museums, arts councils, and the Fort St. John Hospital foundation. She was also a key piece in setting up the Fort St. John North Peace Museum in its current location.
