Summer concert series returns The Wichita Falls Parks and Recreation Department will kick off itsr annual free outdoor summer concert series Tuesday, May 25. The first concert will feature the band, Everything In Between. The concert starts at 7 p.m. at Bud Daniel Park at the corner of Ninth Street and Ohio Street downtown. Residents are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket.
