Rich Austin with the Yakima Sports Commission joins News Talk Kit to talk about a new racing series at the SOZO Sports Complex. The Coronavirus has shut down so many opportunities for organized activities that it's good to see there are still some fun, active and organized event in which to participate in the Yakima Valley. First up is the Yakima Super Five K and it is set for this coming Saturday May 8. The "super" in Super Five K doesn't stand for the level of difficulty. In fact is stands for the level of family fun as participants are encouraged to dress up like their favorite Super Hero or even their Favorite Super Villain. (the Super Villain is voted most likely to cheat in the race! [just kidding!] )
