Surat police help cattle-herder's 3-year-old son overcome he

Rajveer has now started responding to sounds.  Soon, he will also be undergoing speech therapy. His father Kanha Bharwad, a cattle-herder, hopes her seven-year-old daughter who also can't hear and speak can also be helped in a similar manner.
