A suspect in a fatal Lewis County fire was found dead in Kanawha County early Monday morning.
According to a Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office news release, Luke Wilson, 45, was found dead in his vehicle at a Hugheston residence around 3:30 a.m.. He died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
