[AT&T Fiber] Restart BGW320-500 every couple weeks to fix SIP issues I have a client with a couple of SIP handsets behind a Ubiquiti ER-X-SFP, which is behind a BGW320-500 in IP Passthrough mode. SIP ALG is off (as are all other Firewall Advanced settings) and all packet filters are off/disabled on the BGW320-500. SIP ALG is also off on the ER-X-SFP. Every couple weeks one or the other SIP handset will fail SIP registration. The only thing that fixes the issue is restarting the BGW320-500. The client didn't have this issue with the same hardware and their previous Comcast Xfinity Internet (same SIP handsets, same ER-X-SFP, same switches, exact same configs).
