At a press conference, deputy head of the Council of Agriculture (COA) Huang Chin-cheng (黃金城) said 180,000 doses of LSD vaccine, purchased from South Africa, was delivered to the COA's Animal Health Research Institute late Thursday. Huang, who is also deputy chief of the emergency center for LSD, said the vaccines were being distributed Friday across Taiwan's cities and counties, including Tainan and Pingtung.
