Take Informed Consent Before Authentication: Aadhaar Authori

Entities are required to obtain residents' informed consent either on paper or electronically before carrying out Aadhaar authentications, the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) said in its new guidelines for Requesting Entities (REs).
