Updated 7/18/2021 4:31 PM The Mundelein Park & Recreation District is seeking input to create a 5-year master plan. A blind survey conducted by Northern Illinois University Center for Governmental Studies was randomly sent to homes in the park district's service area. Those who didn't receive the survey are invited to offer feedback via a survey available at mundeleinparks.org. The survey will be open until Aug. 1.
