Tamil Nadu man stabs Class 11 girl 14 times for spurning lov

Kesavan, a 22-year-old man who was arrested under the POCSO Act in June 2021 and released recently, stabbed a minor girl 14 times after she refused to accept his proposal. Police have formed three special teams to nab the absconding accused.
