Taoiseach Micheal Martin says Ireland will be in 'different space' by middle of year as vaccines rolled out

TAOISEACH Micheal Martin has said Ireland will be in a "different space" by the middle of the year.
The Fianna Fail leader said there is "hope" for the country as Covid-19 vaccines are rolled out.

He told RTE's Prime Time: "The vaccination programme is rolling out, and it has been effective to date.
"We’ve achieved our targets in terms of vaccination, that should be acknowledged.
"We've basically administered what we have received in. The variant is a problem, and in terms of the variant or the mutation of the virus we have to look differently in terms of how we manage that.
