Teenager, 17, arrested and charged with murder in Wilmington

A 17-year-old was arrested and charged with murder after authorities say he shot a 20-year-old in Wilmington earlier this month. The teen was arrested with a group of other juveniles caught in a stolen car with loaded guns.
