When Summer Fridays burst onto the skincare scene back in 2018, it was accompanied by a single product: the now-cult Jet Lag Mask. Everyone went wild for it, professing its powers to plump, revive and boost luminosity in the skin. Since then, it has accumulated countless devotees, from Vogue staffers to Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Kim Kardashian and Jessica Alba. “We wanted to create a nourishing, instantly hydrating, multi-purpose mask that could be used by all skin types in different ways,” explains Marianna Hewitt, co-founder of the brand. “As a regular and overnight mask, prep for make-up application and a super rich eye cream.” It was key to Hewitt and her co-founder, Lauren Ireland, to make a product that actually worked.
