And to assist in enforcement, the council and Employment Minister Parveen Kumar yesterday handed out 800 face masks to market vendors in Suva. “We have heard that some are selling face masks for $3,” Mr Tikoduadua said. “This is why we have come on board to hand out free face masks to market vendors to help contain the spread of COVID-19.
