Samsung Electronics today released the second edition of Virtualized Radio Access Network (vRAN) whitepaper, highlighting the components and benefits of its vRAN and how it can help maximize efficiencies in operators’ network deployment, operation and management, eventually reducing the total cost of ownership, according to Samsung.
