While tonight's eventful episode of 
The Flash saw Frost (Danielle Panabaker) make a major sacrifice to atone for her past crimes, accepting a lifetime prison sentence with no chance of parole, it'll likely be the closing moments that will have you buzzing until next week. 
After spending a majority of the hour on the sideline, the episode ended with a shocking (if somewhat expected) as the Speed Force (Michelle Harrison) struck a devastating blow to Alexa Rivera, a.k.a. the Strength Force, and finally revealed her true colors to Barry (Grant Gustin) and Iris (Candice Patton).
