Do the biblical authors interpret the Creation and flood accounts as allegorical or literal?
Can we really claim to hold to the full authority of Scripture while simultaneously embracing  sources and interpretive theories from outside of the Bible and based in human authority?
Does biblical cosmology reflect ideas borrowed  from the ancient Greeks regarding a flat earth  and tiered heavens? Or, have modern critics  read back into the ANE period and the Bible  their own cosmological conceptions and then used them to criticize the Bible?
