The May Flower Initiative returning to San Luis Obispo and last updated 2021-04-27 02:38:33-04 The May Flower Initiative is coming back to downtown San Luis Obispo. It was launched during the first shutdown last May, according to Downtown SLO. The goal is to help bring hope to the community through art. The Downtown SLO website says more than 85 windows will be decorated, along with more than 60 artists participating. A map of all the window displays can be found here.
