Mohawk Trail School Committee to discuss Open Meeting Law complaint

BUCKLAND — An Open Meeting Law complaint has been filed against the Mohawk Trail Regional School District School Committee, alleging that the April 6 meeting was not posted in the proper timeframe.
The Open Meeting Law stipulates that all meetings of public bodies must be held in public — though certain elements of the law have been modified to allow for remote access during the pandemic — and notice of such a meeting must be posted at least 48 hours in advance.
