Using old-world techniques like slip-casting and “fettling” (hand-trimming a piece of pottery or ceramic’s rough edges before firing) each sink is shaped by a master craftsperson. The sink is then signed by its maker, imprinted forever by the hands that made it. After being twice-glazed for durability, the sinks are then fired in kilns over 2200°F to finish them off.
