More than once I've gotten so uncomfortable while asleep that I've woken up to find my shirt thrown across the room in a fit of rage. In my quest to alleviate the issue, I've gotten bamboo sheets, silk pillowcases, and tower fans, but I usually just sleep with a sheet and a fan blowing directly on me from May to September.
