JoshWilding | 8/4/2021 We've known for a while that Christian Bale will be transformed into Gorr the God Butcher in Thor: Love and Thunder, but a first look at the former Batman in full costume has now been revealed. The prevailing theory was that the villain would be brought to life with visual effects, but it appears Marvel Studios and director Taika Waititi wanted to make sure we saw as much of Bale's performance as possible (no great surprise considering he's well-known for committing to the parts he plays).
