Three-alarm fire collapses building in Lebanon on July Fourth

Lebanon Daily News
Fire crews spent their Fourth of July holiday at the scene of a three-alarm fire that destroyed a recycling facility in Lebanon.
The fire at Consolidated Scrap Resources, located on the 300 block of North 14th Street, still burned Monday morning, but was contained. According to the Lebanon Fire Commissioner Duane Troutman, fire personnel was on scene all day.
Firefighters arrived at the fire around 10:30 p.m. Sunday. Troutman said it was not called in, initially, and it was only discovered after it had reached the outside of the building. It was seen by a passing fire chief and police officer.
