Thunder Bay Museum to reopen by month's end

THUNDER BAY – The Thunder Bay Museum will reopen to the public on Monday, July 26.
Pre-screening and contact tracing will be required for all visitors and masks will remain mandatory. Social distancing rules will also be in place and regular cleaning of commonly touched areas will also be conducted.
Museum officials say they will continue to follow public health guidelines beyond the scheduled opening.
In addition to allowing the public in, summer day camps will also begin on July 26, with pre-registration required. In-person research will also be available, but by appointment only.
The museum will also restart student placements and room rentals as of Sept. 7.
