San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara could both see some thunderstorm activity before 10 a.m., which could mean one inch of additional rain is possible. As of 3:30 a.m. the radar was showing scattered rainfall across the Central Coast, with heavier rain over the eastern portion of Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties.
