Another subdivision in Mount Brydges went through the initial process of being approved for support and rezoning by Strathroy-Caradoc Council. The applicant held a public Open House on January 29th of last year at the Mount Brydges Library followed by a Statutory Public Meeting on July 6th with Strathroy-Caradoc Council. Director of Building and Planning Jennifer Huff says now the process goes a step higher for approval.
The new subdivision to be called Timberview Trail will be on lands located west of Queen Street and north of Glendon Drive with a proposal to connect Queen Street to Glendon Drive. It is planned that Timberview Trail will house 20 single-detached dwellings, 16 semi-detached dwellings and 25 townhouse units for a total of 61 dwellings. The development would have then 33% being single and 66% being semi-detached and townhouse dwellings.
