Over 200 traders, 4,000 restaurants defy 4-pm rule, stay open till late evening, arguing that restrictions need to lift now.
Despite the state government’s 4-pm diktat, the
traders and restaurant owners are now keeping their businesses openly operational post-deadline. Over 200 traders and 4,000 restaurants continued their businesses until late evening defying government orders this week.
While cops from
Faraskhana police station took action against the traders and shopkeepers on buzzing Laxmi Road, there was no visible action taken against restaurant owners and those belonging to the hospitality industry.
