A 34-year-old woman, who was also a passenger in the vehicle, was charged for possession of methamphetamine under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. She was released on an appearance notice for court in April.
The driver of the vehicle was released from the scene, but also faces two Traffic Safety Act charges of operating an unregistered vehicle and driving contrary to his driver’s licence restrictions.
