Malayalam actor Mathew Thomas' family members suffered injuries and a 61-year-old relative died in a road accident. Reportedly, their car overturned and fell into a gutter in Ernakulam's Sasthamugal area. Mathew's brother and parents were rushed to a hospital. His relative, a retired teacher, succumbed to injuries. Mathew has not reacted to the accident yet.
