TRAI delays new SMS rules by 7 days as customers face OTP pr

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has temporarily delayed the new SMS rules by seven days following the massive failure of SMS and OTP generation that affected net banking, Aadhaar-enabled transactions, railway ticket bookings, and vaccine registrations.
