In his note to mark WTISD which falls on May 17, Vaghela highlighted the strategic objectives that were part of National Digital Communications Policy (NDCP) and had to be achieved by 2022. He said that these objectives of NDCP will promote ICT usage which in turn will bring in digital transformation.
