BPD say that the shooting took place around 9:15 p.m. on Tuesday at Rosebud Street and Railroad Avenue. According to police, the train conductor was working on the tracks when he heard gun shots and ran for cover when he was hit by a stray bullet in the leg. Police say he was transported to the hospital and is expected to recover.
