The training programme aims at building new work culture which is based on transparency, performance and productivity and also providing a forum to exchange and stimulate new ideas, stated a release. The training will focus on giving a concept of rural water supply system and sanitation activities of the department among the new employees attending the training. It will also focus on knowledge related to water treatment processes, MB recording, PFMS & SNA system, structural design, RTI Act, Civil Service disciplinary Act, SCADA, procurement and e-tendering etc. The trainees will also be exposed to water supply scheme and water and Sanitation Park during the field visit.
