TRAINING REPORT CaLP Core CVA Skills for Programme Staff No

Second training was carried out for 22 participants over five days 02-06 Nov 2020.
 
62 Participants selected from 47 Organizations
40 participants (18 in first group and 22 in second group) - from UN (22%), INGOs (40%), NNGOs (30%), Private sector (2%), Ministries (5%) from which 33 were male and 7 were female.
Participants belonged to 7 different states “Central Equatoria, Unity, Lakes, Jonglei, Upper Nile, NBG, WBG” 
 
Organizations with CVA programmes in 2020 were prioritized in the training for which support was taken from clusters to share the information about organizations who are implementing the CVA in 2020. 30% slots were assigned to NNGOs, and 2 slots were assigned to government ministries in order to build capacities of local actors. Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Ministry of Gender staff members participated in the training.
