Reporter were told that the Russian Air Force attacked two areas in aleppos western countryside. I think there are villages when we mentioned the side. The activists say they were attacked because under the pretext that there were alnusra front fighters. This is a group linked to alqaeda which has not been included in the deal and the ceasefire deal. The information coming out from russia, or rather russian officials, military officials, are saying that they have actually targeted an alnusra targets in those strikes one of the concerns has always been about the exclusions or exemptions to this ceasefire meaning that fighting will continue and how that might impact aid. I think nobody is able to distinguish because its going to be left to every side because the russians can say what they want, the syrian army can say what they want and so does the rebels and opposition. It is tentative. There are at least 100,000 syrians in dire situations and in urgent need of humanitarian assistance. This is the most urgent but the wider number is much, much bigger. I think the u.
