Here is you know to help our listeners with any issue or problem that you might have if we don't know the answer we usually know somebody who does and we try the worst possible to spread a little bit of good news that's what we've just done for one of our listeners now they got in touch with us because of a faulty cooker they bought it they'd had it for 15 months but then the pilot light had stopped working and the only way for it to work was to use much is to light the cooker and unfortunately due to this our listener suffered some minor burns obviously this wasn't the best time to sort out the cooker and to turn it on so they contacted the shop they bought it from and we're told well you know it's 15 months old it's too late there's nothing we can do the only thing that we might be able to help with is if you get yourself an independent person to do a report and send it back to us we could then look at it and obviously that wasn't satisfactory and it was going to cost our listener quite a lot of money so we got involved and the next week they managed to send somebody out to sort out the issue and fixed.
