Police in Greater Manchester are questioning a 21 year old man about the murder of a former Royal Navy Officer who was run over as he tried to stop his car being stolen. Mike samwell who was 35 was found with serious injuries during the early hours of Sunday Morning and died later in hospital as our correspondent danny savage reports.
