Police in Greater Manchester are questioning a 21 year old man about the murder of a former Royal Navy Officer who was run over as he tried to stop his car being stolen. Mike samwell who was 35 was found with serious injuries during the early hours of Sunday Morning and died later in hospital as our correspondent danny savage reports. Mike samwell, a 35 year old former Royal Navy Officer. He and his wife were asleep in their home in chorlton in the early hours of yesterday when they were awoken by intruders.
