My son is a software engineer, he can write programming that is bloated and takes up a lot of bandwidth or you can write it another way and it is efficient. A huge part of why Netflix Streaming is good and goes up to four k is because they have done a lot of Good Software engineering to compress it and to allow higher qualities to come through smaller spaces. You cannot just make fatter pipes forever.
