Were passwords shared among the inner circle if you like which would be direct breach of rules surrounding classified and secret emails and communications and so, that is what the fbi is trying to get to. Based on what we know about mr. Pagliano it is presumed that the grand jury has been convened in this case because immunity would have to be granted by a federal judge and we also understand that the fbi, department of justice, working in tandem, hope to have this wrapped up sometime in early may, at which time, well find out if the Justice Department decides to go ahead and file criminal charges. Now, whats interesting is, what theyre trying to figure out is, how was the gap bridged between the secure servers and server in Hillary Clintons home . How did that happen . Who had the passwords . Joe, you have said that you do believe a grand jury has been convened. What makes you believe so . Well, it is pretty clear if one hasnt been convened, then awful lot of time has been wasted. In order to get documents, emails, and other things of that nature you have to issue subpoenas. In order to issue subpoenas there has to be a grand jury to authorize those subpoenas. So in all likelihood there is a grand jury. In ad david joe, let me stop you there. Wouldnt the Justice Department have to sign off on a grand jury . Doesnt that discredit those who were saying the Justice Department is in the bag for hillary . Well, you can be conducting a grand jury investigation and use it to walk away from something but i think, from all indications there is honest investigation boeing going on right now. As long as fbi is in charge doing it i have faith in it. The other thing, once you start granting immunity that means youre in the process of starting to present testimony, not just in meetings but also to the grand jury. Tough take testimony before the grand jury in order to lock it in, to lock people into truthful testimony. So i think all the indications are, there is a grand jury. David now there are two weve been focusing on emails and propriety of dealing with those emails but there is also an investigation you believe going on concerning the clinton foundation, correct . Well i think certainly there is a separate investigation with the ig. Also it is clear that the fbi is looking at that as well. You wouldnt need 150 fbi agents just to look at private server. So i dont think there is any doubt that, by the way, if theyre not looking at clinton foundation, it would be a miracle because it is such a cesspool of official acts being conducted in exchange for money. Ive never seen anything like it. David joe, Hillary Clinton had a history in Law Enforcement in the past, dealing with billing records. Most people remember those things, for a sale she claims she hadnt been doing any work for a failed s l, but billing records show they had.
