prosecutors say davis confessed to the crime over and over again and even referred to him as the shot caller. in his memoir and interviews, davis admits that he provided the gun to use to shoot tupac. now davis says the fbi and los angeles police department agreed to give him immunity in 2008. davis was arrested for tupac's murder in september. he has pleaded not guilty and is being held in jail without bail. his lawyers have asked for davis to be released and placed on house arrest ahead of his trial in june. they say the 60 year old is not getting proper medical care after he was diagnosed with colon cancer that is currently in remission. davis's attorneys have not responded for our request to comment about the prosecution's allegations. the judge will hear that request for bail tomorrow, mike. >> mike: dana marie nick on thanks very much >> since the ncaa first allowed student athletes to profit from their name image or likeness
