The Way Technology has evolved and changed things operate, you dont have to be stuck in Office Setting and Millennials Prioritizing jobs, they can go, travel, work remotely and older generation, these arent the ways things operate, of course, things Couldnt Operate in the past, technology brought us wonderful system, they can work from all around the country and world and people take advantage of that. difference in generation that we are seeing here . Younger people have come up with age where technologies is giving them freedom to work in different areas. They see the benefits of that and many people are just changing priorities, a lot of people prioritize personal freedom traveling around over feeling somebody con standpointly telling them what to do. But everything needs young millennials, 22, 23, 25 millennials, they really only known a good job market for them, jillian and i, im not saying we are old, there was a time there in 2000, like 2008 and 2009 where jobs were hard to come by and so my concern for millennials, if they dont get through tough time now and think that the world is just always going to be there to get jobs, when push comes to shove, resume, experience, College Degrees are going to be important. Thats certainly this is the time where people its going to be easiest possible, they are more open jobs than people seeking them and so you bring up a good point but i think its important that people get experience but also the point that i find interesting how many people want socialist policy, they want all of the things and if they get them the job market wont be there and Job Opportunities arent going to be there.
