Theyve never seen anything like it. Early voting begins tomorrow. And you can already get your absentee ballot, get out and get it, lets start the voting. Get rid of crooked hillary once and for all. We have team fox coverage now. Mike emanual is covering the Hillary Clinton and carl cameron will lead us off in florida. I just said it has wrapped up. What is the Closing Argument to florida voters . Reporter well he started making the Closing Argument this weekend. Yesterday in gettysburg, pennsylvania, the infamous site of the toughest civil war battle that ever was, trump was putting together a contract for American Voters and repackaged all of his policy proposals over the last 16 or 17 months and yesterday he tended to overshadow with his criticism of the Democratic Party and saying he would sue it for trying to rig the election an and hads a accusers who he will sue and he will try to block a series of the mergers because he thinks the media is rigging the election and it tends to overshadow that message. Today in florida as he kicks off a two and a half day swing trump is trying to get back to the basics of his campaign saying he will get job, jobs, jobs back in america and stop them from going overseas and build a wall and reform immigration and other exercises that he said will drain the swamp. But this is mostly today an ad lib speech and not a lot off the teleprompter and he tends to deviate and when he does that, it could get wild. Crowds love it but the crowds are base republicans, the more conservative supported him in the primary and in the last two weeks more often than not candidates are going for swing voters and moderates and independents and others that might move over and donald trump is not talking very much about them, at least today and yesterday, harris. Well i know that ground game really matters in the state of florida so im curious to know if it is mattering as much this time around and what it looks like for donald trump . Reporter well, the Trump Campaign is taking it much more seriously. They are taking names and addresses and phone numbers and encouraging people to get registered. Early voting starts tomorrow in florida. Across the country, already, more than 5. 8 million early ballots have been cast by mail or in person at voting polling stations and were on track for a record of well over 40 million early votes and that is about 40 of the actual electorate. Here in florida, there is a really good example of how ground game could potentially be a big weakness for the Trump Campaign. He has not sunk enough money into it and has not had the same amount of staff and across the country they have 5,000 stovers staffers when you think about the parties and the rnc and state republican parties are more like 1500. That is about 20 of what the democrats have. And when you look at the ground game here, in florida specifically, democratic registrations have increased by almost over half a million votes. Whereas republican Voter Registration is down around 70,000 votes. So these are metrics that will make the hill steeper for trump and he knows he has a big one to climb in the next 15 days. And before i let you go, something that weve been seeing since the rallies last week were the big women for trump signs and this sort of pitch, if you will, new pitch to women, curious to know if he brought that up tonight. I saw from the video, from earlier that there were quite a few women in that audience . Reporter oh, sure. And yes, they are making sure at the gates that they pass out pink women for trump signs. A couple of weeks ago, when trump was talking about the inner city and how he would help africanamericans, we began to see a lot of black voters for trump. This is something that the campaign is sensitive to and they recognize it and they want to amplify it and they are passing out signs to make sure those folks who fit those demographic bills get signs to show them off in the rallies. Harris. Carl, good to see you. Thank you. And right now, we are expecting something to happen and that is president obama to step up to a lecturn on the campaign trail for Hillary Clinton. This is las vegas. He expected to take the stage later this hour. Earlier today Hillary Clinton was in North Carolina herself on the stump. Going to early voting events. It is a theme today as you are hearing and talking Race Relations at a church. Watch. We know we face the continuing challenge of systemic racism. We know we face the continuing discrimination against africanamericans and in particular young africanamerican men and women. If were honest with each other, we have to choose hope over fear or there is no future for any of us. And Fox Team Coverage continues with senior Political Correspondent mike emanuel in charlotte. And as were watching clinton there, one segment of the voting segment is black millennials and you could see the direct outreach to them today. Reporter harris, no question about that. Hillary clinton on the College Campus tried to energize young voters and some young families who are here for her event. She talked about breaking through the gridlock in washington. And Hillary Clinton encouraged folks here in the tarheel state to take advantage of voting early. I was in durham and raleigh earlier today and had a chance to speak to a large group of people. Go to an early voting site, which was mobbed. There were so many people waiting to vote. And what they says to me is that North Carolinans really do know what is at stake. Reporter 15 elector votes at stake here in North Carolina and the latest real clear politics average polls here in the tarheel state suggest Hillary Clinton has a 2. 5 point lead over donald trump so a very competitive race. Harris. Interesting with the black millennials because that is what president obama could count on last time and some reports they may not be as energized as they may need to be to help her out. And it is sunday and clinton made a visit to a church and showed that to our audience moments ago. What was her message. Reporter i should note that Hillary Clinton is going to bring first Lady Mitchell obama here who may helpern edgize the black millennials and tried to energize the africanamerican vote, visiting a baptist church, she talked with mothers of the movement, the women who have lost sons to incidents with police. She made reference to systemic racism and tried to encourage healing. We are asked to love one another. Were not encouraged, we are not just urged, we are commanded. Jesus said it was the greatest of his commandments. Reporter i should note there were sample ballots in the church pews today trying to drive home the message. Harris. No doubt. And then the black community we are see something reports that they dont have that intensity, if you will, that theyve had in past years and may have on the other side of the political arena this time around. Real quickly, i understand that Bernie Sanders has a new pressure point, if you will, inside of e Democrat Party and it has to do with the purchase of between at t and time warner. What is he talking about . Reporter right. And so the Clinton Campaign, they say that aides say that Hillary Clinton thinks that regulators should take a closer look at it. Her running mate tim kaine was asked about it this morning. I share those concerns and questions. We have to get to the bottom of them. Generally procompetition and less concentration, i think is generally helpful, especially in the media. Reporter senator Bernie Sanders was tougher today saying, quote, the administration should kill the time warnerat t merger and this would mean higher prices and fewer choices for the american people. And so sanders may be pressuring clinton once again from the left. Harris. Very interesting. Well have to see what happens with the Democratic Party even beyond november 8th. They have a lot going on. Well put it that way. Good to see you, mike. Thank you. Early voting, weve been saying it, underway now in 345 states and 34 states and americans are taking advantage of it. Early voting surging ahead of election day with more than 5 million ballots already cast. And new figures show more women are voting early this year compared to previous elections. And that could be important a factor considering women make up the largest voting block. Garrett tenny has more on this from washington. Garrett . Reporter harris, every election we see a greater number of americans costing votes before election day. And this year early voting could account for as much as 40 of all of the votes cast. Already, more than 5. 3 million votes have come in across the country. Many of them in crucial swing states like North Carolina. Already more than 5. 3 million votes have come in across the country. Many of them in crucial swing states like North Carolina. In 2012 when mitt romney narrowly won the tarheel state, republicans held a wide margin over democrats in the number of mailin ballots sent in but this time the Clinton Campaign is feeling confident because that lead is much slimmer. And since inperson voting began on thursday, democrats are now leading in the number of votes cast overall. We believe over 40 of voters in that the battleground states will turn out before election day. So this election is happening as we speak. And that ground game is there pushing people out. Reporter in ohio, democrats have historically been very strong in early voting. Right now, though, there are some concerning signs for the Clinton Campaign. The number of requests for early ballots are significantly down in several heavily democratic counties such as cuyahoga and franklin counties near cleveland and columbus. Another encouraging sign for the Trump Campaign is the makeup of those requesting ballots. The share of white voters who trump polls well with is up and the share of black voters who tend to vote democratic is down. We look at the early voting returns in places like iowa and ohio and were doing much better than previous candidates in large part because we invested in the absentee ballot early voting procedures. Reporter well the current numbers are a small sample of the total vote they do give us a glimpse into where the race stands. And ten more states will cast their ballots and they are trying to convince folks to get out and vote early, harris. Garrett, thank you. And politico is looking at this and saying women are driving early voter turnout in North Carolina, florida and georgia. So the big question is, who will they be breaking for trump or clinton and exactly why. Because this is not exit polling, these are people who are voting ahead of time. A different intensity usually historically. Keep watching for the best political analysis on this sunday night with the fox news political insiders because im going to ask them all about this. And right now, new details are coming to light on that inferno on a california highway from earlier. A tour bus coming back from a casino collided with an 18wheeler and it was deadly. And illegal immigration a hot topic this season and so we are looking at the closer look at the legal path to citizenship in this nation and what we found some red flags. Only new alkaseltzer plus free of artificial dyes and preservatives liquid gels delivers the powerful cold symptom relief you need without the unnecessary additives you dont. Store manager clean up, aisle 4. Alkaseltzer plus liquid gels. In california, a tour bus and an 18wheeler collided today. 13 people with dead. More than 30 others taken to area hospitals near palm springs. And now look at the pikes from the highway. I mean, look at oh, anita vogle has the latest from the los angeles bureau. This is really tough. It was before dawn. It was pitch blackout side. It was a horrific crash scene on i10 and according to the california highway patrol, those who died probably never knew what hit them. The chp said most of the 44 passengers on the tour bus were sleeping at the time of the crash. It was Early Morning just after 5 00 and just as we said on the west coast here, the bus was traveling from salt and city, south of palm springs, to los angeles, when it slammed into the big rig. There was some maintenance going on on interstate 10 at the time but no word yet on whether any of that played a role in the crash. In any case, veteran officers in the area say theyve never seen an accident of this magnitude. In almost 35 years ive never been to a crash where there have been 13 confirmed fatal accidents. So it is tough. It is tough for all of us. The Fire Department who handles it, the chp personnel who handle it, it is not an easy thing. And you never get used to this. The chp told the media that the tour bus had had regular scheduled maintenance during the past few years and so they didnt believe it was having any mechanical problems. They add the ntsb is sending a team to help out with the investigation. While emergency workers continue to search for the buss black box. We learned that all of the passengers, including those who were injured and those who perished, were adults. And one piece of good news here, harris, authorities expect all westbound lanes on the interstate 10 freeway to be open later in evening. Back to you. At least a sliver of good news. Thank you very much. There are growing concerns about the current path to citizenship in this country. Why some people are saying the questions on the application that everybody has to take really needs some work. In fact, desperate needily needs to change. And history in the making. So new concerns about the current path to citizenship. Some critics say the Application Form which every migrant must fill out has some red flags. I sat down with a former fbi agent for his thoughts on it. It sends a message to the applicant as to how current and reliable and how important this form is to them. So the information, when it is on there, suggesting whole dates or old information tells them maybe this isnt that important. And it sounds like what you are saying that they may not respect the process if we dont get the form right . I think that any of us, if we look at something that is out of date, seems to be old and ragged, whether by looks or by the way it conveys a message, we are less apt to taking it seriously as we should. There are questions on the form about peoples affiliation with the community party. They also include a question about the nazi association. But not the nazis of today. So i want to jump ahead to the idea of somebody who might be above the age of 90 or 100. Because this form actually is looking for that person potentially. Part of the form it says the nazi government, between march 23rd, 1933 and may 8th, 1945, did you work or or associate in any way, either direct alreadyoy indirectly, with a. , a nazi government of germany. Who are you hoping to catch with this form . People over the age of 100. But are they taking this test. It is a question thats with jermaine but it shows we are not keeping up with the times. And if you want to leave it broadly and say do you have any association with the nazi party and there are some out there and some burgeoning in europe and do you want to know that as a nation, yes. You should ask that. But what are you finding by decades ago and were talking a lifetime ago. Right. And it sends the wrong and false message. And the form asks applicants about affiliation with terror groups but does not ask about specific ones like al qaeda, isis or the taliban. Details are everything. I think first of all, it sends that message, it makes people say, is this serious. They asking me specific questions and maybe have a catchall question at the end of that to say any terroristrelated or associated group. We did contact the department of Homeland Security about the n400 form and they passed on our interview request but gave us a statement, in particular about the nazi affiliation question. This, from the dhs. The reason we ask sp
