Ankeny police say they encountered two men with gunshot wounds. Justin phongsavanh and nickolas culver, both 18yearsold. One of the men was also pistol whipped. Police say the shooting stemmed from an argument regarding poor behavior in the restaurant. After the shooting, 36yearold gabriel coco fled the scene in a vehicle with a female passenger. 30 minutes later, coco turned himself in to the polk county sheriffs office. Hes been charged with two counts of willful injury. I pulled up and i saw a kid getting bandaged, sitting on the curb over on the end of the parking lot.
