Ryan he bought the ticket himself at the super quick foods underage gambling violation according to iowa law. Lottery security investigated it and we pulled the Security Camera footage from the store involved and determined that he was the one who purchased the ticket which made the whole prize invalid. Ryan boalswatters told investigators a coworker bought the ticket that according to a state report the investigation showed no sign of any office pulls for lottery ticket. It reported he spends a few hundred dollars a week on lottery tickets. The law is in place for a reason and we need to make sure the law is being followed.
