The former boone man is charged with first degree murder in his wife emilys 2012 death. Friday jurors learned more about emilys injuries. Fazzino told police he found his wife submerged in a bathtub. The doctor who performed emilys autopsy testified she had bruises on her forehead arm forehead, arm, by and neck. Arm thigh and neck. , the doctor also said she had bruising on the inside of her throat which could be from a from strangulation. The doctor didnt find definitive signs of drowning. Quinlisk stresses the seriousness of the zika virus for women who are pregnant or planning to get pregnant due to a birth defect called microcephaly where a babys head babies with microcephaly often have smaller brains that might not have developed properly. Once that acute disease goes away we have no indication that future pregnancies would be at risk.
