So everyone comes home all kids were guy radio very much demand and very clearly talk about everything from politics to social issues and news of the day whether you're a lawyer or you're just starting your day one human judicial this is would I Radio . And easier tell me I'm very McNamara. 669-073-3398 extension 6690 run by these are curly and I'm Gary McNamara in the news today Maggie and I can hear too much about this but I just want to cover this and get it on the way or I can I just get out of the way real quick Ok just something really quick on Hillary Clinton may not want to hear a voice but you don't have to hear it for long but she was at the Ricoh tech conference yesterday in a question and answer session and this question was asked to her Here you go signify that you need to think about campaign not you in particular are you running again by the way you know Ok now but no she's not running again she claims she's not running again but in looking at 2016 she took full responsibility except for the fact that anything that she has responsibility for has nothing to do with the loss she lost because of the Russians she lost because of Donald Trump's collusion with the Russians she lost because of the d.n.c. She lost because of the 2010 Supreme Court decision she lost in a variety of different ways and the interesting thing is and I do want to play this . Do I have it here Ocala to play here in just a little bit Ok. But I want to play in a little bit coming up here from somebody who commented and said that she's in full Nick Sony and bitterness. That's it. But what Watergate felt like. A star but no she's not going to run again but she she blamed she blamed everyone so Joe is formed a Pac That's the rumor right yes Joe is form the Pac Joe Biden. And so if you're forming a pact you just don't form a Pac for the heck of forming a Pac no. It would be so he's got money in a war chest he could form the Pac you know just the obvious follow is see if you can see what what the you know if this is. If this is doable for him but how would it be like 74 in 2020 I think he would be or 7578 or 78 I think I was thinking of Hillary then made it here it is for former Vice President Biden when I was political action committee from Reuters Former Vice President Joe Biden will announce on Thursday the formation of a political action committee a signal that he is at least considering a possible run for president in 2020 the New York Times reported on Wednesday Biden's Pac will be called American possibilities and white teeth No I'm kidding and run by his former aide Greg Scholtz who also worked on President Barack Obama's 2 White House campaigns the 74 year old former vice president considered to run against Hillary Clinton for the Democratic nomination in 2016 but. Before bowing out studying family concerns in the wake of his son's that So there you go Well Ok let us say though all these old people running for president gives me a lot of confidence that I can do that you know is encouraging no really is you know I well I said this before 70 he'd be 78 and you know 2020 I don't know I don't know how they do it that means if he if he served 2 full terms he'd be 86 Yeah when he's done oh I did see what was it yesterday Ok I guess you've got to find it and it's popped into my mind I keep forgetting I'm on the air but you would said a long time ago Cory Booker and I saw it somewhere else I guess said yeah somebody said Cory Booker that's not I think he's going to be in the future I don't know if it'll be 2020 I think it's I think it's probably a stronger possibility now for 2020 than it was before but it depends on who gets in if it gets in and then you know if they have or Hillary gets in I'm not sure that a Cory Booker is going to go out into that primary. But the the the big news and it should be the big news everywhere I know it won't be but it should be the big news everywhere is 3 of the nation's intelligence agencies received subpoenas Wednesday afternoon issued by the House Intelligence Committee this is from Fox News with each of the 3 demands for documents explicitly naming 3 top officials of the Obama administration Susan Rice who served as President Obama's White House national security adviser former CIA Director John Brennan and former u.n. Ambassador Samantha Power the 3 subpoenas among a total of 7 signed by parent panel chairman represent of Devon Nunez were served on the Federal Bureau of Investigation the Central Intelligence Agency and the National Security Agency and all 3 explicitly explicitly exclude be referenced on masking a signal that the House panel is intensifying its investigation into allegations that Obama error aides improperly demanded the unmasking of names of associates of President Trump that had appeared in coded form and classified leak in classified intelligence reports then linked the data to news media organizations and so we had said from the very beginning and it's good to see this that these investigative panels have to go after where they know the crime actually is and that's where you know the crime actually is now you know Robert Muller is also he's not operate in a vacuum he understands this and we know the parameters that he was given we read the parameters on the air when we read the primers recent and anything that comes from investigating possible Trump campaign collusion with the Russians right you know for you to to to whatever change the election interfere with the election and anything that comes with it well this comes with it. Interesting though the other ones went to the president's attorney long time attorney and the other one went to Michael Flynn nobody else got a subpoena from the campaign and so Flynn is post campaign from what we know the campaign was over everything that happened there what at the end of December right unless there was something more to it unless somehow he was involved in something else that we don't know right and from what we know right now Now the interesting thing is former u.n. Ambassador Samantha Power the James Rosen on Fox News said his sources on the investigation are telling him she's a lot more involved even more involved than the other ones that were named. And you wonder how does that go un ambassador of the house the u.n. And bad in what role so where that where this is going I don't know but it's that's all involved in the unmasking which we brought you last week with the circuit dot com story that we covered Fox News covered and we said as we said last week it was probably a week ago today or even longer would have been. We're Thursday now right now would have been last last Wednesday or last Wednesday or Tuesday when this 1st came out that we said this is the story this is this you want to story that just isn't allegations these are the documents that come from the Pfizer court and what the FISA court is saying is that the f.b.i. The n.s.a. CIA broke the law by unmasking hundreds possibly thousands of Americans which means they targeted Americans without a warrant and why did they do that what was the purpose of doing that and so the question is Was the administration remember this was all the way back to 2011 if you think about this it's. It was back 5 possibly 6 years depending on when in 2011 they were told to stop this goes back to the Romney campaign and the question now that everybody is asking they may not be investigating it in the mainstream media but everybody is asking is. Was this a presidential administration that was looking at the political opposition remember Watergate was trying to Watergate was attempting to bug the Democratic headquarters one but maybe a variety of bugs but in one specific area this would be trying to get information illegally from the political opposition for a period of 56 years Watergate would pay to this you want to find the water gate. You know or the Watergate analogy you've now got it yeah there's a comparison to be made I think we I think we found you've now got Bob Woodward probably agree with that Ok Now if this is true that would be it now we know the unmasking happened on anybody's debating that the unmasking didn't happen we now know through the Pfizer court it happened right we know that laws were broken all you got to find out who broke the law we're talking about hundreds of names that were on mast and to do it again in a minute for any new listener out there what the FISA courts of the story we're covering last week maybe you weren't listening last week is what basically I'm going to try to combine both stories together. Just for expediency sake what they're basically said is that you had you've got any international communications e-mail telephone calls the n.s.a. Monitors. Ok so they they monitor it they put it into not they monitor what they collected they put into a big database everyone's record but how do you know which one to go after how you got hundreds of millions of you know e-mails and and phone calls how do you know what to look at easy you get the phone number you get the e-mail you put it into the system boom it comes pop you know you can do that for anybody who's not a u.s. Citizen you can't do that for us it is not without a fight a war without a Pfizer war and that's what they were doing they were putting in the information they were putting us identifiers as they call them you know and so at that point as you heard last week well this is all the systems and we need to have systems review that's a bunch of bull somebody had to decide what people were going to look at and what people were going to target and we know what happened now we are all we got to do is find out why who you have exists was not some kind of automated process this was not an algorithm that was that was making this happen or or some kind of as they tried to to basically blame it on a and that's the implication they were implying that this was an automated process that was flawed you know this was this was protocol that required human behavior and so in 2011 they were told to stop it and they agreed we will stop it and they came up with a plan to stop it and then didn't do it and then lied that they did do it to the FISA court you want a crime there's a crime right there and now the subpoenas are starting to go out because they're If you look at the if you know. Rand Paul Senator Paul talking last week and he said look we're talking about hundreds of of names here hundreds and hundreds of people well if you look at that then is there any connection between those what would be the connection I guess between those people was there a pattern here was it based on one incident was it based on or or not which would mean then it was behavior that was at some point a person or a group of people that were given a directive to just say this is what we want we need you to go get this essentially somebody with and great. With it with with a tremendous amount of authority had to give the directive or directives in order for that to happen right and if it was done whether it was done as as a group and those people are all related to some case or something related in some way or not it's going to be bad because on one hand let's say they're all related in they're all members of the Republican party right or they're all related and and maybe team members campaign members and official staff members or whatever it might be over the years or they're not related and it was just. The administration looking the former administration just looking and looking and looking repeatedly either way you go there whether whether those cases are related or not. This is again behavior that is very very disturbing somebody made a decision to break the law yes we just don't know diddly we just don't know who that person is right and if you knew if somebody made the decision to do it and you agreed with it and didn't report it and knew what was going on and viewed those documents you also broke the law yes so we know the law was broken the Pfizer Court has set it we knew it would James Flynn and now we know that the Pfizer court it's just who broke the law and why did they break the law and since 2011 they were lying to the Pfizer courts about doing it well that's a pattern of evasive unlawful behavior. $866907333986690.00 right I and producers in April received 2 percent more price wise for their commodities than the previous month per U.S.D.A.'s latest agricultural prices received index the main driver behind the overall price received increase with a $6.00 and a half percent month over month rising crop prices and that is due to a 29 percent rise in what vegetable a melon growers received price wise in April other than an almost 3 percent increase in prices received by growers of other crops like a an up land cotton most crop index categories reported a price decrease from the previous month turning to the livestock sector prices received as a whole by producers were down just over one percent from March a slight uptick for prices received for meat animals was countered by the clients of what producers receive for dairy poultry headaches and producers paid slightly more for inputs and services in April the point 4 percent rise attributed to higher prices for feeder cattle paid for ages and nitrogen broad based reporting for the Us Department of Agriculture at Washington d.c.
